Membership

I do hereby agree to abide by Aims & Objectives, constitution, rules, regulations, and decisions of Hazrat Maulvi Ghulam Rasool Alampuri Trust Pakistan and any amendments made from time to time by the competent authority of the Trust. I affirm that I will uphold the dignity, discipline, and good name of the Trust and will not act in any manner that may harm its reputation, mission, or lawful activities.

I declare that all information provided in this form is true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief. I understand that any incorrect, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection of my application or termination of membership at any stage without any right of claim or compensation.

I undertake to comply with all membership requirements, including payment of applicable fees (if any), participation obligations (if any), and adherence to any code of conduct prescribed by the Trust. I acknowledge that the Trust reserves the right to accept or reject my membership application at its sole discretion, and that membership may be suspended or cancelled for violation of rules, misconduct, or actions contrary to the objectives of the Trust.

I authorize the Trust to verify the particulars provided by me, including my identity and supporting details, from any lawful source as deemed necessary for membership processing. I consent to the Trust maintaining my personal information for official records and internal communications related to membership matters. I understand that my information will be used for lawful purposes connected with the Trust’s activities and administration.

I further agree that in the event of any dispute arising out of my membership, application, or participation in Trust-related activities, I will first seek resolution through the Trust’s internal processes. Where applicable, the matter shall be subject to the relevant laws of Pakistan and the jurisdiction of the competent courts/authorities.
