Name of Organization Hazrat Maulvi Ghulam Rasool Alampuri Foundation(Regd.)

1. Membership:- 18 years old men and women who belong to any country, religion and nation can become a member of this foundation if the President accept/approve his/her application or those members who have been authorized on the behalf of the President to accept/approve the application of the applicant and the same may be got approved from him.
2. Membership Fee:- Membership fee will be PKR500/-.The branches of the foundation, established in the other countries are authorized to set membership fee according to the respective currency
3. Subscription:- 1. Every member of the organization will pay PKR50/-per month as subscription.The branches of the foundation, established in the other countries are authorized to set monthly subscription fee according to the respective currency.
   2. Each member should pay subscription,membership fee or donation after receiving a receipt in lieu of them.His/Her verbal statement is not acceptable.
4. Donation:- Hazrat Maulvi Ghulam Rasool Alampuri Foundationis eligibleand free to take or seek donations, funds and subscriptions from any government and semi government institutions, departments, ministries as well as foreign departments, institutions, NGOs, private entities and individuals.
5. Cancellation of Membership:- 1. If any member dies or gets mental disability/abnormality,his/her membership will be cancelled.
   2. Incase anyone fails to discharge his/her duties honestly,his/her membership can be cancelled.
   3. Incase anyone uses foundation for his personal purpose/interest,fails to attend the meetings of the foundation, tries to defame the foundation’s reputation, spread religious loatheand degrade the post of President, the membership can be cancelled.
   4. Incase any member uses foundation’s name or repute for his/her or relatives publicity, any kind of blackmailing or laid a false blame on any member,his/her membership will be cancelled. Foundation will also take a legal action against that person.
   5. Incase, without bringing into the notice of President if any member tries to refer any building or place on his/her name or any of his/her relative’s name, which building or place is already referred to the name of Hazrat Maulvi Ghulam Rasool Alampuri, membership will be canceled of such person. Foundation will take a legal action against such person. Besides this, the Founder & President of the foundation can refer any small portion of the building to a person’s name who will bear all the expenses of the construction of the particular building or in the acknowledgement of his/her research work on Hazrat Maulvi Sahib’s personality and work.
   6. Incase any member settles abroad permanently or more than 3 months,his/her membership can be canceled. Therefore, Founder & President is exempted from this conditionor binding. The Founder & President of the foundationis having a leverage and immunity to stay in any foreign country for a long time to maintain communication and relations with the foreign literary organizations/societies for the sake of best interest of foundation.
   7. If any member does not pay the subscription fee continuously for six months, his/her membership can be canceled. To get a membership again, he/she hasto pay full amount of membership fee and subscription again.
   8. The Founder of the foundation, Sahibzada Masud Ahmed Alampuri is fully authorized to dismiss/terminate any official of the foundationon the basis of the above mentioned reasons.Besides this,other officials of the foundation can do this with the 2/3 majority.
   9. In caseof violation of Aims & Objectives and Constitution of the foundation, his/her membership will be cancelled.
6. Election:- 1. The 2/3 majority of the governing body will elect the officials. This governing body is consisting of 7 officials.
7. Finance:- All the donations, funds and any other type of amount which is related to foundation, will be deposited into the bank. The signatures of President and Finance Secretary are required to withdraw any amount from bank.

Duties of Officials

1.President

1. The President will be responsible for the management of the foundation.
2. The President will preside over the meeting of the foundation.
3. He/She will use his/her vote for the selection of governing body.
4. The President is authorized to check the financial records of the foundation.
5. He/She will sign the cheque to withdraw amount from the bank.

2. Senior Vice President

In the absence of the President,Sr. Vice President will discharge the duties on the be half of the President and he/she will assist the President in the official matters of the foundation.

3. Vice President

According to the instructions/directives of the Senior Vice President,Vice President will handle/manage the matters of the foundation and in the absence of Vice President he/she will act as a Senior Vice President.

4. General Secretary

1. The General Secretary will maintainall records of the foundation.
2. He/She will make arrangement of the foundation with the assistance/co-operation of the President.
3. He/She will prepare agenda for the sessionor meeting of foundation.

5. Additional General Secretary

In the absence of the General Secretary,Additional General Secretary will act as General Secretary.

6. Finance Secretary

1. He/She will maintain the register of income and expenditure.
2. He/She will sign on the cheque with the President.
3. He/She will collect subscription from the members and officials of the foundation and issue receipt accordingly.
4. He/She will obtain the approval of the President for all the expenses.

7. Information Secretary

1. Information Secretary will be responsible for all publications and communications.
2. Information Secretary will play the best role in the publication of the foundation and give his/her assistance too.Besides this,the performance of foundation will be sent to the print and electronic media regularly.
